Our private charter service is for groups who want to travel on their own route at their own time outside scheduled services. Wedding convoys, sports team transfers, school trips, conference delegates and cultural tours are the most commonly ordered uses.

Pricing and booking
Price depends on route, duration, vehicle type and season. The standard tariff for intercity transfers is 38–52 TRY per km; for tours with overnight stays the driver's and vehicle's accommodation costs are included in the total. To request a quote simply send the date, number of people and route; a written quote is prepared within two hours.
Safety and documents
The safety standards of scheduled services apply to charter as well: two drivers, GPS tracking and a valid D2 authorisation certificate. The passenger manifest is prepared before the trip and compulsory passenger insurance is issued for the vehicle. For public institutions and school trips we also help prepare the required permit documents and letters for the relevant authorities.
